Starting your subscription

Subscriptions will start with the next available issue. If your subscription was taken out straight after the release of a new issue your subscription will start with that issue. We will email you with details of exactly which issue your subscription will start with.

Cancellation and refunds

One-off subscription deals – upfront subscriptions for 4 or 6 issues are one off payments in advance of delivery at a discounted price. We do not offer refunds on these payments, but we are willing to transfer the subscription to another name or address.

You do have the right to cancel within the initial 14 day period – in which case you will be refunded the full amount.

Subscriber deals

Subscriber discounts are only available to fully paid up subscribers and as soon as the last issue in your subscription has been sent to you your subscription will be expired.
